Restrepo Innovations is headquartered in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County, New Jersey. That is where the vast majority of our work is concentrated. But describing us as a Bergen County integrator understates the geography of what we actually do. Our clients include Manhattan penthouse owners, Long Island estate builders, Greenwich CT homeowners, and a growing number of clients who maintain residences in multiple markets and need an integrator who can follow the project wherever it goes.
Bergen County Core
Bergen County is the densest concentration of luxury residential properties in New Jersey, and it is the market we know most deeply. From Alpine to Saddle River, Franklin Lakes to Ridgewood, we have worked in virtually every municipality in the county. The relationships we maintain with local architects, builders, and interior designers are long-standing, and the familiarity with local permitting and inspection requirements matters operationally on active construction projects.
Bergen County clients also benefit from proximity. our service team can reach a job site quickly, which matters for commissioning, post-installation support, and any urgent service calls. For a homeowner whose lighting control system needs attention before a dinner party, a thirty-minute response time is meaningfully different from a three-hour one.
New York City
Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the surrounding boroughs present a different set of operational constraints than suburban residential work. Building access coordination, freight elevator scheduling, union labor requirements on certain projects, and noise ordinances that restrict work hours all add friction that we have learned to navigate. We have completed full AV and automation installations in pre-war co-ops, new construction condominiums, and commercial loft conversions throughout the city.
Long Island and the Hamptons
The Hamptons are a distinct market: high budgets, strong aesthetic sensibility, and project timelines that often compress around the Memorial Day opening and stretch into fall. Outdoor AV integration is a significant component of most Hamptons projects. pool areas, terraces, and outdoor dining spaces that need to function as extensions of the interior living environment. We work with several Hamptons-based architects and builders on a repeat basis.
“The clients who maintain homes in multiple markets often need an integrator who understands how to coordinate across locations. We have worked on projects where the primary residence is in Bergen County and the secondary is in the Hamptons or Greenwich, and managing both from a single relationship is what the client actually wants.” __EMDASH_PROTECT_0__
Greenwich and Fairfield County, CT
Greenwich and the broader Fairfield County corridor share the same client profile as Bergen County: estate-scale properties, sophisticated clients, and a strong architectural community that expects technology integrators to function as design consultants rather than installers. We have established working relationships with Greenwich-area architects and have completed multiple full-scope installations in the market.
VIP Destinations Worldwide
A small number of our clients maintain residences that fall outside any regional geography. A primary residence in Bergen County might come with a ski property in Colorado, a beach property in the Caribbean, or a pied-à-terre in a European city. We have completed international installations and are equipped to manage the logistics of working in markets outside the NJ, NY, and CT for existing clients.
If your project is outside our typical geography, the right first step is a conversation. Contact our team with a brief description of the project location and scope, and we will give you an honest assessment of whether we are the right fit.
