For the Pros Who
Shape Luxury Projects.

Restrepo Innovations plugs into your workflow, not over it. Four audiences, four specific approaches, one integrator who delivers without friction.

AV and automation on a luxury project is specified, coordinated, and installed by Restrepo Innovations in direct partnership with architects, builders, designers, and realtors across NJ, NY, and CT. Each role touches the project at a different stage and carries different priorities. An architect needs conduit paths settled before framing. A builder needs a single trade contact who shows up on schedule and keeps the punch list clean. A designer needs finishes that disappear into the room. A realtor needs answers at the listing table. The four pages below explain how Restrepo works with each of those workflows specifically, not generically.

Where do you fit in the project?

Architects

Design Integration from the First Drawing Set

Restrepo participates in ceiling-plan reviews and provides conduit and back-box coordination drawings formatted to fit your set. Rough-in paths get resolved in the design phase, not after framing, which means fewer RFIs on site and no late-stage negotiation over soffits or chases. The integration scope is documented and locked before it creates a problem for the structural or mechanical trades. If you carry continuing education requirements, Mike teaches AIA-accredited CEU courses on lighting, shading, and technology integration at your firm or our showroom.

Builders

One Trade. One Point of Contact. No Surprises.

Restrepo takes single-trade accountability for the full AV and automation scope, from rough-in through trim-out and client handover. Schedule milestones are documented and maintained. Material lead times are tracked and communicated early so they do not compress your framing or insulation windows. The punch list stays clean because walk-throughs happen before the GC calls for one, not during it. Co-signing on anything means you have a trade partner who has read the plans and is prepared to answer for their scope at the construction meeting.

Designers

Technology That Belongs in the Room

Control keypads are engraved and finished to match your hardware specifications. Trufig flush-mount solutions eliminate the visible plate entirely where the design calls for it. Shade fabrics are coordinated against your palette and sample set before order. Speaker grilles, touchscreen bezels, and rack finishes are selected in conversation with your drawings, not after the fact. The goal is simple: if you cannot tell the technology is there, the integration was done correctly. Restrepo has done this alongside interior designers at the luxury tier for more than a decade.

The Concierge Program for Luxury Agents

The Realtor Concierge Program gives agents in the NJ, NY, and CT luxury market a direct line to Mike for client questions, pre-listing technology audits at no charge for qualifying listings, and co-marketing on documented projects. When a buyer asks about the Crestron system at a showing, you have an answer. When a listing goes on market with non-functional AV, you have someone to call before the inspector does. The program is no-cost, requires no referral quota, and keeps your client relationship intact throughout.
