A newly constructed Alpine estate demanded an automation platform worthy of its architecture. a tight Crestron system controlling 46 zones of Ketra lighting, motorized shading on 68 windows, a dedicated Dolby Atmos home theater, eight-zone distributed audio, and a comprehensive security platform unified under a single interface.

The theater features a 4K laser projector from JVC, a 150" Stewart Filmscreen, Focal in-wall speakers in a 9.4.6 Dolby Atmos configuration, and a Trinnov Altitude32 processor. A concealed equipment room in the basement houses four custom equipment racks built and wired by our team.

A Greenwich waterfront compound with a main residence, guest cottage, and pool house required a unified system that worked across three separate structures sharing the same property. We designed a distributed Crestron backbone connecting all three buildings, with independent control in each space and a master interface in the main residence that could manage any system on the property.

Outdoor entertainment was a priority. the pool terrace features a weatherproof distributed audio system with Sonance landscape speakers, a motorized projection screen under the pergola, and automated exterior lighting controlled from the same interface as the interior spaces.

In a world where technology is expected to be invisible, a Tribeca penthouse renovation presented the ultimate challenge: full Crestron automation in a pre-war loft conversion with no room for visible infrastructure. We designed a system with no exposed wiring or equipment. all rack equipment concealed in a custom millwork closet, all speakers invisible in-wall or in-ceiling, and controls limited to flush Crestron keypads and a mobile interface.

The result is a 4,200 SF home that responds to its residents entirely through touch and voice, with no evidence of the sophisticated technology living beneath the surface.

A historic Scarsdale colonial underwent a complete renovation with a technology-first approach. The homeowners. avid film enthusiasts. wanted a dedicated cinema room that honored the home's traditional architecture without compromising on performance. We designed a 12-seat theater behind a pair of original-style paneled doors, with fabric-wrapped acoustic panels that read as traditional wainscoting.

The system includes a Sony 4K SXRD laser projector, a 140" Screen Innovations motorized screen, and JL Audio Gotham subwoofers integrated into the custom cabinetry. Crestron controls the theater alongside the home's existing Lutron lighting system, creating a unified whole-home experience.

A Short Hills executive needed a technology platform that matched his corporate-grade standards at home. We installed a full Crestron enterprise-class system with biometric access control, a multi-zone audio system serving every room and the entire 1.2-acre landscape, and a home theater with an 8K-ready JVC projector for future-proof performance.

The property's outdoor spaces. including a putting green, pool, and terrace. are fully integrated with Sonance landscape speakers, automated outdoor lighting, and motorized pergola screens, all controlled from a single Crestron touchscreen in the main living area.

A secluded Saddle River equestrian estate spanning multiple structures. main house, guest cottage, stable complex, and carriage house. required a cohesive technology platform that maintained privacy and security across the entire compound while enabling consistent entertainment and communication between buildings.

We designed a fiber-optic backbone connecting all structures, with independent Crestron processors in each building feeding back to a central management interface. Security cameras cover the full perimeter and stable areas, with feeds accessible from any touchscreen on the property or via mobile.
