The Restrepo Process

An operating curriculum for luxury integration owners. Taught by Mike Restrepo and named Restrepo Group leaders. By invitation.

Audience

Who This Is For

This program is for owners of integration businesses who want to scale, professionalize, or position their company for an eventual sale. It is not a startup curriculum. It is not introductory theory. It assumes you are already running a real business with real clients, real overhead, and real decisions in front of you.

The Restrepo Process is designed for principals who want to operate the way Restrepo Innovations operates. with engineering discipline, trade relationships that generate referrals, and project management tight enough to protect margin. If you are still figuring out what you do, this is not the right program yet.

Process graduates self-select into Restrepo Group consideration. Completing the curriculum is not an automatic invitation to the Group, but it is the entry point. The Group does not accept members who have not demonstrated that they understand and apply the standard.
